PCTechs "On Call" is your Mobile IT Department. We offer an array of services to assist you in getting your computer repaired in a timely manner. Our services include: On Site Service for your residential or business needs, Delivery-Pickup Service for your convenience, 4-Hour Training Packages for personalized development, and Group Training Classes for remedial or focused training.

On Site Service

PCTechs "On Call" offers same day service in most cases, for the onsite service and repair of your residential or business computers.

Onsite Rate is $69.00 for first hour (1 hour minimum) plus $20.00 trip charge
Client Incentive Rate is $59.00 per hour (billed in 15 minutes increments after the first hour of service).

Please understand that in certain cases, we may need to take your system back to our shop to complete the repair. If system is brought to our shop within the first hour of service, the one hour minimum charge would cover Pickup Service cost for transporting equipment to our shop. top

Delivery-Pickup Service (Shop Repair)

PCTechs "On Call" offers same day service in most cases for onsite troubleshooting/pick up of systems in need of repair, or delivery/set-up of repaired systems currently at our shop.

PCTechs "On Call" shop operates on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend that you make available support software for your computer, just in case it is required. Once the computer is on the bench, we offer a 24-48 hour turnaround time. The estimate of time excludes any parts or software that must be ordered for the repair. A diagnostic fee (30-minute evaluation) of $39.00 dollars would apply for all shop repairs. This fee would be applied to the total cost of the service if you choose to have the repairs completed. Our Tech will call with recommendations at the end of the 30-minute evaluation. With your authorization to proceed, we bill in (15 minute increments) at our Shop Rate of $59.00 per hour.

Shop Rate Summary:

Shop Diagnostic Fee (minimum charge): $39.00 (1/2 hour evaluation)
Shop Repair Rate: $59.00 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments
Fixed rates on some repairs (call for details)

Pick up - Delivery Rates :

Pickup Rate is: $20.00 trip fee (pick-up only)
Delivery Rate is: $20.00 trip fee (drop off only)
To continue the setup once delivered, we bill in 15 minute increments at the Client Incentive Rate of $59.00 per hour

4 Hour Training Programs

PCTechs "On Call" offers onsite personalized training sessions designed to build your skills on software applications, projects/presentation, reports or other objectives that are essential in your development as a computer user. Training programs are generally one on one, but can be adjusted to accommodate small groups. We complete our training in two, 2-hour sessions. Please call 314.918.TECH for details. top

Group Training Classes

PCTechs "On Call" accepts Cash, or Business and Personal Checks for payment upon completion of services.
